Meet the Providers
Dr. Cheryl Ahart M.D.
Dr. Ahart joined our clinic in 2000 after graduating with honors from Arkansas State University and obtaining her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She completed her residency training at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, where she received the Debra Fiser Award for excellence in critical care and the Joycelyn Elders Award for excellence in community service. Both natives of Little Rock, Dr. Ahart and her husband are the parents of two children.
Dr. Natalie Burr M.D.
We welcomed Dr. Burr to our clinic in 2017. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Arkansas and obtained her medical degree from UAMS College of Medicine in 2014. Following graduation, she completed her pediatric residency at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, where she was awarded the Joycelyn Elders Award for excellence in community service. Both natives of Little Rock, Dr. Burr and her husband, Jerry Burr, are parents to two children.
Dr. Kelsey Keith M.D.
Dr. Keith joined our clinic in 2022. A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, she received her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and obtained her medical degree from LSU Health Science Center in New Orleans in 2018. Following graduation, she completed her pediatric residency at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, where she received the Resident of the Year award. She was then selected to stay an additional year as a Chief Resident at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Keith and her husband, Drew Keith, are both LSU fanatics. They enjoy being involved with their church community and love being outdoors!
Dr. Joshua O’Neill M.D.
Dr. O’Neill joined us in 2003 following a residency at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, where he also served an additional year as chief resident and specialized in infectious diseases. Dr. O’Neill is a 1997 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He and his wife, native Arkansan Ashley Cockrill O’Neill, are the parents of three children.
Dr. Catherine Robben M.D.
Dr. Robben joined our group in 2012. She received her B.S. in chemical engineering from Tulane University in 2003, and her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2007. Dr. Robben completed her pediatric residency at the Children’s Medical Center of Dallas in 2010. Following her residency, she was a clinical instructor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and an attending physician at the Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. She and her husband, Dr. Whit Robben, reside in Little Rock with their two children.
Dr. Chad Rodgers M.D.
A Little Rock native, Dr. Rodgers joined the clinic in 2002. He attended Baylor University and returned to the University of Arkansas for Medical Science for medical school. He completed his pediatric residency training at Arkansas Children’s Hospital where he served as Chief Resident. He has a strong interest in preventive care, health literacy, and child advocacy. He is the co-founder of Reach Out and Read Arkansas, an early intervention program supporting literacy. Dr. Rodgers also serves as Chief Medical Officer for the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care. He is the 2015 recipient of Arkansas Children’s Hospital’s Dr. Tom Ed Townsend Award, awarded annually to a community physician who has provided excellence in pediatric health care and been a consistent supporter of Arkansas Children’s.
Dr. Aaron Strong M.D.
Dr. Strong joined our clinic in 2011 after completing his residency at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, he received a degree in biology from Hendrix College in 2003. He received his medical training from the UAMS College of Medicine, graduating in 2008. During his residency, Dr. Strong participated in a global health project in Jamkhed, India. He also served as a transport physician on Angel One, a medical transport helicopter with Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Dr. Strong and his wife, Anna Patterson Strong, have two children.
Jennifer Murphree APRN
Jennifer joined our staff in 2015. She received her bachelor of science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a master’s in nursing from UAMS. Her experience ranges from working in the Level III NICU at Arkansas Children’s Hospital to providing primary care in a clinic setting. Jennifer spent much of her clinical training working with LRPC physicians, and we are thrilled to have her back with us on a permanent basis.
Lila Zeno APRN
Lila joined our staff in 2022. She earned her bachelor of science in Nursing from UALR and her doctorate in nursing practice from UAMS. Her previous experience includes 10 years between women’s health and NICU at Baptist Health in Little Rock. As part of her training, Lila did an extended rotation with LRPC physicians in 2019, and we are pleased to have her back as part of the team.
